TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum initial orders are $150 with reorder minimum of $100. All prices stated and payable in U.S. Dollars. Shipments via UPS, unless otherwise specified; FOB Belton, S.C. Lead time is 2-4 weeks, excluding any additional time required for credit approval.

Loom Craft, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any Backorders. All items will be delivered to UPS or Common Carrier in good condition. Shipment damage claims must be filed by the buyer with the delivering carrier immediately.

In the event that an item with a manufacturing defect is received or that goods are not in conformity of order, buyer should contact Loom Craft Customer Service immediately at 864-338-3064. Flawed merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Loom Craft, Inc. will not accept unauthorized returns.

Lead time is normally 2-4 weeks; however, during the peak order period (September - December), lead times may be as long as 6-8 weeks. Additional time may be required for credit approval.

All new accounts must be prepaid by either Check, Mastercard, Visa, Cashier's Check, or Money Order, unless Loom Craft, Inc. has approved Buyer's credit. A $25 service charge will be added to customer's account for each returned check. An approved credit application may receive terms of up to thirty (30) days.

COD shipments must be paid by Cashier's Check, or Money Order. All prepaid orders will have a freight allowance of 10 % of total order added to invoice. Finance Charges of 1.5 % per month will be charged against all past due accounts. Customer accounts may be factored at the discretion of Loom Craft, Inc. Customer authorizes any bank to release information requested by Loom Craft, Inc. needed for credit purposes.

All customers must submit their Sales and Use Tax Identification Number before their first order is processed.
